Completing this form: You will be asked to complete several pre-screening questions so your eligibility can be assessed. You will need to provide:
- Your resume/CV.
- Certified copy of your ACT Working with Vulnerable People card.
- Copies of any relevant qualifications or certificates and final academic transcripts.
For permanent, temporary and casual school assistant applicants:
- A written application of no more than three pages addressing the selection questions for each support area. If applying for school assistant roles across multiple support areas, a written application must be provided addressing the specific questions for each support area.
- Contact details of one referee, however two is preferable, from your current or most recent supervisor.
Multiple files can be uploaded but must not exceed 10MB per file. Documents uploaded must be in PDF (.pdf) or Microsoft Word formats (.docx, .doc or .rtf). This application form can be saved to draft and completed later by clicking the Save and Close button You will receive a unique reference code for re-accessing.
Submit: To lodge your application, click Submit within the Declaration tab. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number and a copy of your application once it is successfully lodged.
